You: "The Client" have agreed to pay  the retainer fee for the Investigative Services of Moonlighting Investigations Inc. in the sum of $600.00. The Client is aware that  no services will be performed until the retainer fee has been verified and or received. 

This fee has previously been agreed upon by both parties in a signed contract.
